An additional charge was announced against Aziz Orujova, the head of “Kanal 13” internet television.

His lawyer Bahruz Bayramov informed about this.

The lawyer said that A. Orujova was charged with Article 206.3.2 of the Criminal Code (smuggling-when committed by a group of persons who colluded in advance).

It should be noted that Aziz Orujov was arrested last month. The head of the channel was initially charged with Article 188.2 of the Criminal Code (violation of the right to ownership, use or lease of land).
