A 3D movie is being made in Malayalam. Babu Antony will play the title role in the movie titled Kadamattam Kathanar. The film is produced by Abraham Varghese under the banner of AV Productions and directed by TS. Suresh Babu. The film also stars some of the leading actors of South Indian cinema.
The film tells the story of Kadamattam Kathanar, a magical priest who lives in the 18th century. TS Suresh Babu returns after Uppukandam Brothers back in action released in 2011. Babu Antony played the lead role in this movie.
The horror and fantasy film is shot in a completely different style using 3D’s latest technology. The pooja, title launch and switchon of the film was held in Thiruvananthapuram.
