After 24 years the Australian team toured on Pakistani soil and played recently. Babur Assam then scored a total of 390 in the Test series. He scored a maximum of 196 runs in an innings.
In the one-day series that followed, Babur Assam scored a century in two consecutive matches. In the third match, Babur Assam completed his 16th ODI century by scoring 105 runs. With this, Babur Assam became the fastest player to score 16 percent.
He has also moved up to 15th in the ICC All-Time ODI rankings. With this, Babur Assam has overtaken Sachin Tendulkar who was in 16th position. Vivian Richards tops the list. Virat Kohli is in 6th position.
