Bahrain has benefited from positive use of post-Covid tourism potential. After the covid crisis, Bahrain’s tourism sector has seen a remarkable growth. According to the figures released by the government, only 150 crore dinars in 2022 have been received from the tourism sector.

The crisis caused by covid has affected the tourism sector globally. But with the current jump, the authorities are considering it as a big step forward to earn more income than before Covid. Reports in this regard also show that the effective interventions of the Bahraini government and authorities have helped the tourism sector to make a big comeback.

Last year, 99 lakh visitors from different countries came to Bahrain. Looking at the figures for 2020 and 2021, there is a three-fold increase in the number of visitors last year alone.
