Bajaj has launched the Setak Premium Edition electric scooter. The scooter features a console with LCD color display. The ex-showroom price is pegged at around Rs 1,51,910. The company has announced that bookings have started and vehicle deliveries will start in April. Dual color seats, rear view mirrors in the color of the scooter, along with the Premium Edition make for a stunning look.
It is available in 3 colors Matte Core Grey, Matte Caribbean Blue, and Satin Black. The scooter is powered by a 50.4 volt 57.24 Ah, 2.88 KWh battery. Arai has certified a maximum range of 108 km on a single full charge. But according to the practical tests, it can go up to 90 km, according to the company.
The PMS motor in it churns out a maximum power of 4.2 kW and 20 Nm of torque. It can reach a maximum speed of 63 kmph. Speaking at the launch event, Bajaj Auto Executive Director Rakesh Sharma said, “The premium and reliability of Chetak will be further strengthened with the new Premium 2023 edition.”
