Bakoumba: MBP Pierre Alban Obandji as a good Samaritan with regard to the victims

After the storm that hit the city of Bakoumba on May 31, the Venerable Senator Pierre Alban Obandji flew to the aid of the families affected by the disaster. An outpouring of solidarity from the member of the political bureau of the Gabonese Democratic Party, materialized by the delivery of envelopes to the leaders of each family.

For the occasion, it was the Member of the National Council, Aubin Mabeka, who transmitted to the beneficiaries the assistance of the national elected representative in the presence of the deputy Édouard Mouandza, the mayor of the commune of Bakoumba, Dr Jonas Limite, the Prefect from the department of Lekoko, Alain Maïssa Mouyouma and CEO activists from the said locality.” To help you rebuild your homes, comrade Pierre Alban Obandji, who unfortunately could not travel to Bakoumba for professional reasons, asked me to support you. It is now up to you, yourselves, to buy your building materials and finance the local workforce” underlines Aubin Mabeka.

Beneficiaries who were full of praise for the Venerable Senator of the Gabonese Democratic Party, Pierre Alban Obandji, promised to make good use of the envelopes made available to them. Not without recalling that this is yet another action of solidarity and sharing of the benefactor in the department of Lekoko. All of which is also reminiscent of the spirit of mutual aid and solidarity of the President of the Republic, Ali Bongo Ondimba.
