As Day.Az reports, this is stated in the commentary of the press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Ayhana Gajizadeh regarding the arrest by France of the founder of the Telegram social network Pavel Durov and the fighter for the rights of African peoples Kemi Seb.

It was noted that the French side must conduct the relevant investigation in an absolutely transparent and fair manner, and the international community must be properly informed.
“We believe that such politically motivated arrests in France should be investigated by the relevant authorities of the European Union, the Council of Europe and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, and an appropriate assessment should be given,” Hajizadeh added.
