Famous musician, laureate of international competitions Sergey Dogadin (violin, Austria) will perform on October 11 at 19:00 on the stage of the Azerbaijan State Academic Philharmonic named after Muslim Magomayev, reports Day.Az.
Accompanied by the Azerbaijan State Chamber Orchestra named after Uzeyir Hajibeyli under the leadership of the artistic director and chief conductor, Honored Artist Fuada Ibragimova works will be performed – F. Alizadeh’s “Nizami’s Space”, G. Garayev’s “Don Quixote” symphonic engravings, D. Shostakovich’s concert No. 1 for violin and orchestra in a minor (Op. 77).
Sergey Dogadin was born in 1988 in St. Petersburg. He graduated from the St. Petersburg State Conservatory and studied with such famous violin masters as Zakhar Bron, Boris Kushnir, Vladimir Ovcharek and Andrei Dogadin. He performs as a soloist and also with famous symphony orchestras, including the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra and others. A talented and vibrant performer, Dogadin is actively working to pass on classical violin music to new generations.
