The 18 participants in the event of the Santander Bank Foundation and Wikisphere have concretely introduced eleven heritage elements: the Ceballos Palace (Santa María de Cayon), Rigada Tower (Ribamontán al Monte), Round Village (Molledo), El Chorrillo waterway (Castro Urdiales), old schools of Terán (Cabuérniga), cartulary of the monastery of San Salvador de Oña (in the Provincial Archive), lazaret of Abaño (San Vicente de la Barquera), cave of the Witches (Suances), cave church of Campo de Ebro, palace of Revillagigedo ( Victory Branches) and the cave of Los Emboscados (Ruesga).

All of them are on the Red List of Hispania Nostra, a non-profit organization that defends, promotes and enhances cultural and natural heritage. Its Red List contains those assets that are at risk of disappearance, destruction, or essential alteration of their values.

Its inclusion on Wikipedia is intended to record its existence, and raise awareness among the population about its state and need for recovery.

An editatona, or gender editing marathon, is an event in which several people come together to create new content on Wikipedia. This past Saturday this second meeting was held at the Santemar hotel in Santander, which had 18 attendees linked to the cultural scene, and interested in the operation of Wikipedia.

the activity of Santander Bank Foundation and Wikisfera began with a talk on the importance of increasing the number of editors in the free encyclopedia to make visible groups or themes that have fewer entries.

Afterwards, a practical workshop has been carried out to learn how to use the editing tool, and entries have been entered in Wikipedia on the eleven Cantabrian heritage elements in danger.

The first editatona organized by the Santander Bank Foundation It was held in November 2022, and was dedicated to biographies of women artists from Cantabria. The event allowed entries on Wikipedia about the painter Luz de Alvear, the visual artist Vicky Uslé, the illustrator Paula Vallar, the film editor Sara Ontañón, and the photographer María Gorbeña.
