Bankinter supports the employability of young people

Bankinter has signed a collaboration agreement with ICEX Vives whose objective is to promote the internationalization of Spanish companies by connecting them with young talent through the European Funds grants. In this way, the chosen students have the opportunity to live a unique experience in Spanish companies with offices abroad.

ICEX Live is a new training project launched by the ICEX to promote the internationalization of Spanish companies and the employability of young people. With it, Spanish companies with commercial offices outside of Spain can offer free internships to students and recent graduates abroad for between 6 and 12 months. This program, financed 100% with the Next Generation EU fundsis part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and has a budget of 60 million euros for the period between 2022 and 2024.

Thanks to this agreement, Bankinter has recruited eight young people, 4 at Bankinter Luxembourg and another 4 at Avant Money, located in Ireland.

Those interested in participating in this training program must meet a series of requirements, such as being students and recent graduates who have completed their Bachelor’s or FP studies, being under 30 years of age and Spanish nationality and EU citizens residing in Spain.
