Second signing of Barça in this summer market. The Barcelona entity has reached an agreement with PSV for the incorporation of Esmee Brugts. The Dutch midfielder signs for the next four seasons, until June 30, 2027.

This last season 2022/23, in the ranks of PSV Eindhoven, he played 15 league games, in which he scored 8 goals. The previous course, 2021/22, he also played in the Champions League and a total of 27 official matches. The season of his debut in the PSV first team, at the age of 17, he faced Barça in the Champions League -Barça won 4-1 in both games- and played 23 official matches.
