NEW DELHI- A case has been filed in the Supreme Court seeking to create appropriate mechanisms for the public to comment on the items to be discussed in the Parliament.

A new case has been filed in the Supreme Court on behalf of Karan Garg from New Delhi. The petition states:
Parli., the representatives are elected by the people. After this, people have nothing to do with MP. People should be given the power to express their concerns in Parliament.
 |
People should be given an opportunity to express their desire to discuss these products. The central government should be directed to develop procedures for this.
This is stated in the petition.
The petition was heard by Justices KM Joseph, P.V. The Supreme Court bench comprising Nagaratina has accepted. The hearing of the case has been adjourned till next month.
