Baseus launched the PicoGo AR11, a 20,000mAh power bank featuring two built-in charging cables, 100W fast charging, and NFC connectivity for real-time device monitoring. Priced at 299 yuan (around $44), the new mobile accessory expands the company’s portable power lineup in China following earlier releases.
The PicoGo AR11 Power Bank: Dual Built-In Cables and 100W Output
The newly introduced Baseus PicoGo AR11 20,000mAh power bank builds upon a 10,000mAh version introduced earlier this year. Available initially in China through JD.com, the unit retails for 299 yuan, or roughly $44, according to Baseus distribution details.
The accessory’s defining feature is its hardware integration: an 80cm retractable USB-C cable built with a constant-force mechanism rated to withstand 20,000 pulls, alongside a shorter 25cm detachable USB-C fast-charging cord that users can replace if it wears down. In addition to the attached cords, the silver, rounded-edge chassis houses one standard USB-C port and one USB-A port.
Power delivery scales up to 100W from a single port, a capacity sufficient to charge most USB-C laptops at standard speeds. When outputting to multiple electronics simultaneously, the power bank splits its wattage dynamically. Utilizing the built-in USB-C cable and the standard USB-C port at the same time yields 65W and 35W, respectively. Engaging all three outputs keeps the built-in cable running at 65W while the remaining connections share 15W.
Recharging the unit itself maxes out at 65W. With a compatible wall adapter, the power bank reaches a 50% charge in approximately 40 minutes. It supports common charging protocols including USB PD, PPS, and QC, and incorporates a low-current mode designed for smaller gadgets such as wireless earbuds and smartwatches.
NFC Integration and Thermal Management Systems
Beyond raw capacity, the PicoGo AR11 integrates an NFC chip. Users can tap a compatible smartphone against the power bank to check battery health, current temperature, and voltage statistics.
Managing heat under high-wattage loads is handled by an internal thermal array combining graphene cooling and an aerogel insulation layer. Weighing 495 grams with a 73Wh energy capacity, the unit remains comfortably under the 100Wh threshold enforced by aviation authorities, permitting travelers to pack it in commercial flight luggage subject to regional airline rules.
The release coincides with an expanding market for portable chargers boasting high-capacity cells and integrated accessories. Parallel releases from other manufacturers include Xiaomi’s 20,000mAh 45W and 67W power banks built to stricter safety standards, alongside a 12,000mAh 100W power bank from Huawei featuring offline tracking capabilities.
Expanding the PicoGo Ecosystem and Global Retail Strategies
The AR11 joins a broader rollout of accessories under the PicoGo banner. Baseus debuted the PicoGo II Series featuring high-density GaN wall chargers like the 67W AE11 and the 100W AE21 with real-time digital displays, alongside Qi2.2-certified magnetic products.
While the PicoGo AR11 has launched officially in China, Baseus has not yet confirmed formal release timelines or pricing for international markets outside of Asia.
