Safiyat Sobhan, vice chairman of Bashundhara Group, inaugurated this consumer goods sale program at affordable prices in front of the gate adjacent to Evercare Hospital in Bashundhara residential area of ​​the capital on Tuesday (March 12).

Bashundhara Food & Beverage, a subsidiary of Bashundhara Group, is selling 31 products through Truck Sale this year keeping in mind the slogan ‘Throughout Holy Ramadan, Bashundhara products at affordable prices, for the consumer’.

The program was launched in nine divisional cities last year. This is the first time this program has been expanded to a total of 20 places including six areas and 14 district cities of Dhaka. In front of the secretariat in Dhaka, in front of the TCB building in Karwan Bazar, Bashundhara residential area, limited area in Mohammadpur, Mirpur and Uttara BGB Market, this activity has been launched simultaneously.

He said, consumers will get these products at an affordable price at a discount from the MRP (wrapped price). Ministry of Commerce and Directorate of Consumer Affairs have given a lot of encouragement and support to Bashundhara Group in this regard. This activity of Bashundhara Group will be held throughout the month of Ramadan in view of the Eid festival. And this activity will continue in the upcoming Eid al-Adha.

Redwanur Rahman said, everyone is being requested in this truck sale that no one should buy more products (for stock) from here. So that we can give another consumer the opportunity to buy.

Redoyanur Rahman, Head of Sales of Food Divisions and LPG of Bashundhara Group also said that the Vice Chairman of Bashundhara Group came to the inauguration of this truck sale program and said that this program will be continued in 64 districts from next year even though this program is in 20 places. We hear from many quarters that prices go up as our products reach the consumer level. I will launch this program in 64 districts simultaneously so that it cannot increase.
