/ Basra crude prices fell to $6.16 during the current month of December, according to OPEC.
OPEC said in its monthly report, which Agency reviewed, that “the price of Basra medium crude reached $77.64 during December, a decrease of $6.16 compared to $83.80 for November.”
She added, “The prices of Basra Medium crude oil decreased from November to December by $6.16, or 7.4%.”
The organization also indicated that “Basra crude prices recorded an average price of $80.68 during the past year 2023, while in 2022 it recorded an average price of $97.33.”
Iraq exports 60% of its crude oil to Asia, 25% to Europe, and 15% to America.
