Apart from this, the level of education has increased due to medical college, engineering college and model ITI, due to which the area around there is developing. A large number of people are buying land. People from nearby districts Sant Kabir Nagar, Siddharth Nagar are buying land here so that their children can get good education.
Area wise circle rate in Basti
- Government circle rate of Basti city and adjoining areas on Dharamshala Road, if the road is 3 to 5 meters wide then the circle rate is Rs 15,000 per square meter.
- Government circle rates of the city and adjoining areas: On Pachpediya Road, if the road is 3 to 5 meters wide, then the circle rate is Rs 23,000 per square meter.
- The government circle rate on Kali Road is Rs 15,000 per square metre if the road is 3 to 5 metres wide.
- If you want to buy land in Basti before Harya Nagar Panchayat i.e. Ayodhya Basti border, then you will have to buy it as per the government circle rate at the rate of Rs 13,500 per square metre.
