jpnn.comPALANGKA RAYA – The Indonesian Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) held kick off ‘Bawaslu Goes to Campus’.
The theme of Bawaslu Ngampus this time is ‘Increasing the Role of Student Participation in Supervising the 2024 Simultaneous Elections’.
Kick off Bawaslu Ngampus was held on Monday (5/8) at 13.00 WIB which was broadcast live via the Bawaslu RI YouTube channel at https://m.youtube.com/@bawaslu_ri.
IAIN Palangkaraya, Central Kalimantan is the starting point for the activities kick off Bawaslu Ngampus this.
This Bawaslu Ngampus activity is expected to increase participation from students to take part in carrying out participatory supervision in the 2024 Simultaneous Regional Head Elections (Pilkada).
“In order to invite students to play an active role in participatory supervision of the 2024 simultaneous elections, Bawaslu is again holding the ‘Bawaslu Ngampis’ program,” wrote the official statement from Bawaslu quoted on Monday (5/8).
Previously, Bawaslu RI also held Bawaslu Ngampus at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung on December 4, 2023, when the stages of the 2024 general election and presidential election were underway.
At that time, the theme raised was ‘The Role of Students in Monitoring Participation Towards the Success of the 2024 General Election’.
