Bayern are committed to Nagelsmann

Julian Nagelsmann’s return to FC Bayern is taking on very concrete forms.

As “Bild” and “Sky” report in unison, the Munich club management is now focusing entirely on the 36-year-old, who will coach the German national team until the home European Championships in the summer. There is already talk of concrete negotiations between Bayern and Nagelsmann. According to reports, this will be a three or four year contract.

The national coach has not yet given a definitive commitment. At the same time, the DFB is fighting for a contract extension.

Bayern should look at Roberto De Zerbi (Brighton & Hove Albion) and Unai Emery (Aston Villa) as alternatives. But both are not the first choice.
