Bayt Mal Al-Quds Summer Schools: Education and Entertainment on the Menu of Camping Activities

The activities, which took place in a forest near Al-Quds, lasted for several days and consisted of activities aimed at promoting team spirit and cooperation in carrying out tasks, as well as providing assistance to people in times of need.

Likewise, boys and girls participated in martial arts and kickboxing sports competitions, supervised by coaches from the Palestinian national team and international champions in this discipline.

This summer school program, supervised by the “Children’s Club for Al-Quds”, which falls under the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Acharif Agency, and funded by the Moroccan Cultural Center Association, allows beneficiary children to acquire useful knowledge and skills, while forging their personality.

These activities, which will continue until the end of August, benefit 4,000 children from Maqdissi spread across 17 establishments located in all the city’s districts, as well as in villages under the Al-Quds governorate.

The “Summer Schools” program this year focuses on varied activities that help build the child’s personality by instilling in them the values ​​of integrity, perseverance and respect for family, traditions and local identity.

The choice of the schools in question was based on compliance with safety and security standards, in order to provide the beneficiary children, aged 6 to 14, with a stimulating environment that allows them to release their energy and reveal their talents in the fields of sport and art, through 150 art, theater and balance and intelligence games workshops, supervised by professional trainers.
