PT Kao Indonesia distributed in-kind aid packages worth IDR 104,850,000 to 39 mosques in the Jabodetabek area via BAZNAS (Doc)
PT Kao Indonesia distributed in-kind aid packages worth IDR 104,850,000 to 39 mosques in the Jabodetabek area through the Indonesian National Zakat Amil Agency (BAZNAS), in order to welcome the holy month of Ramadhan 1445 H.
The distribution of the in-kind aid packages was handed over directly by the President Director of PT Kao Indonesia, Naoki Yoshigai to the Chairman of BAZNAS RI, Prof. Dr. KH. Noor Achmad at the BAZNAS RI Building, Jakarta, Thursday (14/3).
Present were the Deputy Chair of BAZNAS RI, Mokhamad Mahdum, SE, MIDEc, Ak, CA, CPA, CWM, BAZNAS RI Leaders and Deputies, PT Kao Indonesia Associate Vice President Wisik Restu, along with other PT Kao representatives.

In his speech, the Chairman of BAZNAS RI, Noor Achmad, expressed his thanks to PT Kao Indonesia, which wants to distribute products and organize Islamic Boarding School Education in Islamic boarding schools assisted by BAZNAS with a target of 100 students and providing Santri Hygiene Kits in 5 Islamic Boarding Schools.
“I would like to thank PT Kao Indonesia for agreeing to collaborate with BAZNAS in a series of activities this Ramadhan,” said Noor.
According to Noor, the distribution of in-kind assistance in the form of Attack Jaz1 Detergent products can help mosques that receive assistance, clean worship equipment and mosque areas.

“In accordance with the nature of fasting which will purify humans, it is hoped that the presence of Kao Indonesia can help clean prayer equipment and mosques to welcome people who will worship and also ahead of Eid al-Fitr,” he said.
Noor also said that the presence of PT Kao Indonesia in Pesantren Education could provide benefits, not only for the students but also for the management of PT Kao Indonesia.
“Hopefully this series of collaboration can provide benefits, not only for Kao Indonesia but also for the people who receive assistance. A blessing for all of us,” said Noor.

Meanwhile, the President Director of PT Kao Indonesia, Naoki Yoshigai, expressed his gratitude to BAZNAS for assisting in distributing aid from Kao Indonesia to those in need.
“We hope that what we convey can provide benefits to those who receive it. For mosques, it will be able to help with the process of cleaning worship facilities during Ramadan and also during Eid al-Fitr, this is also in line with the company’s commitment, namely Kirei Lifestyle Innovation, to improve the quality of life Indonesian people,” said Yoshigai.
The Islamic Boarding School Education program, he continued, is expected to help students deepen their knowledge regarding the importance of maintaining PHBS (Clean and Healthy Living Behavior) as well as implementing PHBS in their daily lives.

On the other hand, Associate Vice President of PT Kao Indonesia, Wisik Restu, said that the assistance provided by PT Kao Indonesia is one form of realization of the Ramadhan campaign, namely Kao BERSINAR – Clean, Healthy, Make Ramadhan Beautiful.
“This assistance is intended for congregations in 39 mosques spread across Jabodetabek. Why 39? “Because it corresponds to Kao’s anniversary this January,” he said.
“The hope is that this distribution can help with the cleanliness, beauty and fragrance of prayer equipment, so that we can be more solemn in carrying out our worship,” he added. (Z-8)
