He BBVA has suffered this Saturday a total fall of its different online channels for a few hours. Everything has stopped working, from the bank’s website to its app, ATMs and cards. In addition, customer service phones are collapsed, as reported by numerous users.

“There are technical problems, but we hope to restore the service as soon as possible,” sources from the bank have explained.
Around 9:00 p.m., the bank’s online service has been reestablished on the website and the app. “All services are already restored and work normally,” the entity told Europa Press about five hours after notifying the access problems through its Twitter profile.
The entity reported the incident shortly before 5:00 p.m. and then indicated that the technical teams were working to restore the service “as soon as possible.”
