Producers Sun Pictures have come up with a crucial update on the release of Vijay starrer Nelson Dileepkumar’s Beast. The release update also comes with a new poster released with Happy New Year. The film is slated for an April release. The new poster shows the face of Vijay’s character.
Vijay will play the lead role in this movie after the success of Master. Master was the film that brought audiences back to open theaters after the first wave of Kovid. Kovid’s first notable success in Tamil after the second wave is Nelson Dileepkumar’s next film directed by Sivakarthikeyan starrer ‘Doctor’. Pooja Hegde is the heroine. The film stars Shine Tom Chacko and Aparna Das from Malayalam along with Selvaraghavan, Yogi Babu, John Vijay, Shaji Chen and VTV Ganesh. It is also Shine’s Tamil debut.
Manoj Paramahamsa is the cinematographer. Editing by R Nirmal, Music by Anirudh Ravichandran. The film was shot mainly in Chennai and Georgia. Vijay completed the shooting of the film on the 11th of this month.
