jpnn.com – RIAU – The beautiful policewoman from the Riau Police Traffic Directorate, Bripda Jessica Tety Debora boru Simorangkir won a gold medal at the Kapolri Cup Karate Championship at the Laga Tangkas Pakansari GOR, Bogor Regency, on July 26-28, 2024.
This 22-year-old Toba Batak woman won the senior women’s kumite 60kg class, defeating opponents from various regional police in Indonesia.
Not only that, Bripda Jessica also won third place in the general women’s category of the 2024 Kapolri Cup event.
Following Bripda Jessica, Bripda Bayu Bomantara also won 3 votes and received a bronze medal, in the male Polri category. Then Bripda Abdurazzaq Noerfieri Ibrahim won first place in the male Polri internal festival category.
Riau Police Chief, Inspector General Mohammad Iqbal, admitted that he was proud of the achievements of the Riau Police Karate Team.
“This is a proud achievement. The Riau Police karate team won the 2024 Kapolri Cup. I congratulate and appreciate the team that has fought, bringing a good name to the Riau Police,” said Inspector General Iqbal, Monday (29/7).
The former Head of Public Relations of the Indonesian National Police also hopes that all personnel of the Riau Regional Police will continue to innovate and be able to achieve achievements that can bring honor to the Indonesian National Police.
“This can be an example. I hope that members of the Riau Police in particular, continue to move and innovate. Beneficial to the community, and make achievements for the Police,” he said.
Bripda Jessica is known as a highly disciplined policewoman in her duties as a member of the Riau Police Traffic Registration Sub-Directorate.
