Flan is a very delicious and common dessert in Cuban cuisine. Likewise, beer is very popular among Cubans. We share the recipe for Beer Flan, a perfect combination for lovers of sweets and drinks. Easy to prepare at home for a celebration or special gathering.

You need three eggs, sugar (100 grams), milk (300 ml), beer (175 ml) and a tablespoon of vanilla.

The measurements to use may vary, depending on personal taste and the preparation you want, we only provide you with a reference.

In a container place the eggs and beat; Add the other ingredients, except the drink, and integrate everything. In another container, place 75 ml of beer for a few seconds until the gas is released a little and add it to the mixture. For the caramel, use 50 grams of sugar and the rest of the beer: let it reduce for ten minutes until achieving a golden tone and a little thickness.

Cooking can be done in the oven for thirty minutes in a bain-marie or in the traditional way on the stove with a little more time. Then refrigerate for about two hours, add the caramel and ready to enjoy.
