Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, the most awaited sequel of this late summer, arrives at the Cinema Teatro Manzoni Cassino on the release day in all theaters across Italy. After debuting out of competition at the opening of the Venice Film Festival.
In Cassino, there will be two showings at 6 PM and 9 PM on Thursday, September 5, 2024, and thus the screening of the film directed by Oscar-nominated Tim Burton will commence, featuring a great cast, some of whom are vying for the most coveted statuette. They include Michael Keaton, Winona Ryder, Catherine O’Hara, Justin Theroux, Monica Bellucci, Jenna Ortega, and Willem Dafoe.
The plot of this comedy, which combines horror and fantasy, arrives at theaters thirty-five years after the first “Beetlejuice – the mischievous spirit,” returning to the same locations but with a larger cast.
After an unexpected family tragedy, three generations of the Deetz family return to Winter River. Still haunted by Beetlejuice, Lydia’s life is turned upside down when her rebellious teenage daughter, Astrid, discovers a mysterious model of the town in the attic, and the portal to the afterlife is accidentally opened. With troubles arising in both realms, it’s only a matter of time before someone says Beetlejuice’s name three times, unleashing the mischievous demon once again to wreak havoc.
