The proposal is a workshop on the basic principles of astrophotography in the clear sky of the Calchaquí Valleys. The materials and techniques necessary to photograph the universe and how to set up the camera and equipment will be taught. The modern telescopes available to the Ampimpa Astronomical Observatory will be used. Low light shooting techniques will be learned. The equipment, cameras, lenses, type of accessories, software will be known. Carlos di Nallo is director of the expedition. His photographs have been published in national and international media such as Espacio de España magazine, Ñ de Clarín magazine. He held the first astrophotography exhibition at the Ciudad Buenos Aires Galileo Galilei planetarium; He is a contributor to the Si Muove magazine of the same institution and was in charge of the astronomy workshop in the National Program of Education, Art and Culture of the Ministry of Education of the Nation. He participated in the documentary “A ras del cielo” on Canal Encuentro. He exhibited at the Conicet Cultural Science Center and at the fourth Festival d’Astronomie, Challans, France. He organizes astrophotographic safaris through the Argentine territory and face-to-face and virtual workshops.
