According to the decision of the medical board, the former prime minister and BNP chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia has returned from the hospital to her residence Firoz after some urgent physical tests.
He returned to his residence in Gulshan from Evercare Hospital in the capital on Wednesday (September 18) around 7:15 PM.
Member of the National Standing Committee of BNP and Khaleda Zia’s personal doctor Professor Dr. Chairperson’s Media Wing Officer Shamsuddin Didar confirmed the matter about AZM Zahid Hossain.
Before this, Begum Khaleda Zia returned home after being under treatment in the hospital for about one and a half months on August 21.
Begum Khaleda Zia has been suffering from liver cirrhosis, arthritis, diabetes, kidney, lung, heart and eye problems for a long time. He had a successful surgery on June 23.
According to party sources, Khaleda Zia may be taken to UK anytime for better treatment.
