A board of directors is scheduled for January 20 to ratify a change in governance, revealed in December by L’Informé, but the details of which are being finalized. Alexandre Barrière, 35, will succeed his father, Dominique Desseigne, 78, as president of the Lucien Barrière group in early April. “The board could institute a rotating presidency model with his sister Joy”according to a person familiar with the matter.
