University of Richmond Basketball Show, “Behind Teh Web,” Postponed Due to Weather

A popular weekly radio program featuring University of Richmond basketball insights will be temporarily off the air due to inclement weather. “Behind The web,” typically broadcast live from The Local at Forest & Ridge,will resume its regular schedule next week.
The cancellation, announced Monday, January 26, stems from the closure of the University of Richmond due to hazardous weather and road conditions. The show, a staple for Spider basketball fans, is hosted by the “Voice of the Spiders,” Bob Black, alongside head coach Chris Mooney.

“Behind The Web” airs live each Monday from 6-7 p.m. at The Local at Forest & Ridge, located at 403 N. Ridge Road in the Tuckahoe Shopping Center. Listeners can tune in on 106.1 ESPN, and also online at richmondspiders.com and espnrichmond.com. The program will return to the airwaves on Monday, February 2.
