The withdrawal of Belarusian peacekeepers from Kazakhstan as part of the forces of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) has been completed, the Belarusian Defense Ministry reports.

The peacekeeping contingent arrived at the Machulishchi military airfield in the Minsk region. The military of Belarus traveled to their homeland by planes of the Aerospace Forces of Russia, the agency clarifies.

“Servicemen of the 103rd Vitebsk Separate Guards Airborne Brigade received a unique experience of participating in a peacekeeping mission,” the Belarusian defense ministry noted.

The Ministry of Defense added that during the peacekeeping mission, the servicemen successfully completed their tasks.
