On Thursday, Belgium called for international action to implement arrest warrants for Israel’s Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, and his Defense Minister, Yoav Gallant.
Belgian Deputy Prime Minister Petra De Sutter urged European countries and the international community to implement the arrest warrants issued by the International Criminal Court on Thursday against Netanyahu and Gallant.
De Sutter urged the European Union to impose economic sanctions on the Zionist entity and to suspend the association agreement with it, emphasizing the need for those responsible for war crimes and crimes against humanity to be held accountable.
The Belgian official wrote on her account on the “X” platform: “War crimes and crimes against humanity cannot go unpunished,” emphasizing the importance of adhering to international law.
