Following the flamboyant success of “Downton Abbey,” Julian Fellowes brings one of his literary creatures to the small screen, adapting the 2016 novel “Belgravia” into a six-part miniseries for Carnival Films and Epix. The show is an Anglo-American co-production and undoubtedly aims to replicate the critical triumph of Fellowes’ previous creation, which in fact brings together the already established team of producers composed of Gareth Neame, Nigel Marchant and Liz Trubridge, while entrusting the direction entirely to John Alexander.
