Agam was born as a boy named Nissim Ajami in Holon to a family of Tripolitan origin. She became famous in 2004, when she participated in the second season of the reality show “Project Y” broadcast on yes, where she received media attention for being a transgender contestant. After the program, she participated in a drag show of the Diva Club, participated in a talk show and in the series “Mother’s Day”, “Atlantica” and “The Champion”.

Agam participated in the fifth season of the reality show “Golstar”, which is called “Golstars”, because for the first time only women participated in it. In the season, which aired on “Hot” on February 18, 2018, she was the team’s captain. In the same year, she also initiated and founded a support group for transgender girls, and was awarded for this and all her volunteer activities the title of “Israel’s Educator of the Year”, according to the decision of a committee on behalf of the Council of Children and Youth Organizations together with the Ministry of Education (along with 20 other educators).
