The mood, atmosphere and sentiment are perceived through the images of photographer Ben Geier, who in his work consists of recording abandoned buildings throughout the United States. In one private collection, Geier focuses on abandoned theaters and cinemas that turned up on his travels, each laden with its own backpack of memorabilia that viewers are invited to imagine.
