Meeting Aminata Sow Fall at the Algiers International Book Fair was a great pleasure for me. Discussing with the great Senegalese novelist that she is a great intellectual joy. How to qualify it? Enthusiasm and vitality are the two terms I will use to describe it. A visit to the Casbah of Algiers made me discover a novelist who was lively and curious about everything, about the people she met and with whom she always had a friendly exchange. Our meeting was at the origin of an unadorned interview which was published by Ebena in France.
