Rival Company Accused of Murdering CEO and MD of Private Company in Bengaluru, Owner Arrested at Airport

Bengaluru was left in shock last week when the CEO and MD of Aeronics Private Company, Vinu Kumar and Panindra Subramanya, were brutally hacked to death in their office. The incident caused an uproar in the city, leading to the formation of four special forces to investigate the case.

Thanks to CCTV footage, the Special Police were able to identify the three killers as Sabareesh, Vinay Reddy, and Santosh. The trio was arrested on Wednesday evening through cell phone tower tracking. They have been charged under sections 302 (murder) and 120 B (conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code.

The accused were produced in the Bengaluru City Sessions Court and have been placed in police custody for eight days. Separate investigations are being conducted on each of them. During the initial phase of the investigation, it was revealed that Sabareesh and Vinay Reddy had previously worked for G Net, a rival company. Both individuals had worked alongside the victims, Panindra Subramanya and Vinu Kumar, until November of last year. The motive behind the murder appears to be business rivalry.

Based on Sabareesh’s statement, the police filed a case against Arun Kumar, the owner of G Net. However, when authorities attempted to apprehend him, it was discovered that he was planning to flee the country. The police successfully arrested Arunkumar at the Bangalore International Airport yesterday afternoon.

In the midst of the ongoing investigation, the special police are also looking into any other possible motives involved in the crime, aside from professional enmity.

The brutal murder of Vinu Kumar and Panindra Subramanya has sent shockwaves throughout Bengaluru. The city is now awaiting further developments in the case as the investigation continues.
