Frenchman Benjamin Roubiol became long trail world champion (86.9 km, 6,500 m of elevation gain) on Friday in Innsbruck (Austria).

In 9 hours 52 minutes 59 seconds of effort on a mountainous route in the Austrian Tyrol, Roubiol (23) brings a new title to the French team the day after Clémentine Geoffray’s gold on the short trail (45 km , 3,100 m of elevation gain).
