Just before the World Cup in Qatar, the “Globe Soccer” awards ceremony took place this evening (Thursday) in Dubai, organized by the European Players’ Organization and the European Agents’ Organization, when quite a few personal titles were awarded to prominent footballers and personalities in football, in the last year and of all time.
