Two young people were injured on Sunday by heavy weapon fire “Kalashnikov type” on a parking lot in Besançon, near the district of Planoise, theater of a turf war entre dealers.
“We were called to intervene around 3:30 a.m. to 4 a.m., on the night of Saturday to Sunday, after two individuals were shot,” a police source told AFP, confirming information from the regional daily. The Republican East.

“Lost bullets”, say residents
Separated from the Planoise district by a national road, La Malcombe is a district of individual houses and meadows, with a large municipal sports complex and a permanent reception area for travellers. Some residents residing in buildings in Planoise claim to have heard the shots and also mentioned “stray bullets”.
“We need to verify the statements of these inhabitants and the investigations are just beginning. Fortunately, the injuries of the victims are not too serious and their vital prognosis was not engaged, ”added the police source.
