We have reached the twentieth edition of the Great Place to Work® awarding of the Best Companies to work for in Italy.
Live from the Corriere della Sera television studios in Milan, Massimo Fracaro and Fabio Sottocornola, together with Alessandro Zollo and Andrea Montuschi, respectively CEO and President of Great Place to Work® Italia, present live the event announcing the Best Workplaces ranking ™ Italy.
The event, now in its 20th edition, represents a fixed appointment to recognize and celebrate those companies that have been able to put the well-being of their employees first.
In fact, the 50 organizations that will discover their positioning in the famous ranking live, represent the excellence of the workplace from the point of view of corporate culture and “working well”.
The important study conducted by Great Place to Work® Italia to compile this ranking lasted one year, e analyzed 128 companies that requested to participate in the research, listening to the opinions of 53,610 collaborators regarding their working environment, belonging to the same organizations.

Having listened to the opinions of millions of people, it represents the reference company for measuring people-experience, the dissemination of best practices in the HR field and the recognition of excellent companies.
