Among the shadows, the endearing and terrifying Macabrus thanked, in his own way, the blessing of the gods of celluloid, and gracefully listed many of the names of cult creatures and mythical spaces of horror cinema. “Join me because, from today, for eleven days and eleven nights, you will witness an immense amount of horrors,” he said.

For her part, to lighten the gloomy atmosphere, Edna, director and founder of Macabro, took the opportunity to thank all the people, institutions and spaces that year after year allow this horror film festival to take place. Mexico City is carried out successfully.
