The Acting Charge d’Affaires of the UN Mission, Stephanie Khoury, ​discussed with the Deputy Undersecretary of the‌ Ministry of Defense, Abdel ​Salam Zubi, the basic‌ elements of the political process.

During a meeting at the ministry’s headquarters, the two parties agreed⁤ on ​the‍ importance of⁤ maintaining stability and supporting ⁤the unification of military ⁤institutions,⁣ in addition to continuing close ⁢coordination at the technical level to move ‌forward.
