Qatar’s laws prohibit women from wearing tight clothing and exposing their body parts in public. It is a punishable offense in Qatar.
Meanwhile, the FIFA website stated that women are free to wear whatever they like, but should keep Qatar’s strict rules in mind. “People can generally wear what they like. “Visitors are expected to cover their shoulders and knees when visiting public places such as museums and other government buildings,” the World Cup website says.
“There are special high-resolution cameras to zoom in on a particular seat and see the spectators clearly. It will record the games completely. So it will help in any investigation after the incident,” said Niaz Abdul Rahiman, Chief Technology Officer of the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
