Under the leadership of the District Prosecutor’s Office – Blagoevgrad, an investigation into a crime under Art. 354a, para. 3, pr. 2, item 1, cf. art. 26, para. 1 of the NC.
The pre-trial proceedings were initiated on August 20 after an inspection of the scene of the accident, according to the state prosecution.
L.C. was brought as an accused. from the village of Dolno Osenovo, Simitli municipality, a forest guard in the State Forestry.

During a field drug test, the detected substance reacted positively to cannabis (marijuana).
In the course of the investigation, a car parked in the village of Dolno Osenovo was searched, from which a polyethylene bag containing 0.142 kg of the same type of narcotic substance was seized.
The total value of the drug, according to the Resolution of the Court of Justice on determining the prices of narcotic substances for the needs of court proceedings, amounts to BGN 76,844.
Regarding the accused L.Ch. “Cash guarantee” in the amount of BGN 5,000 has been taken as a measure of non-abortion.
Actions on the investigation are ongoing.
