The 32nd National Senior Swords Championship was held at Guru Nanak University in Amritsar, Punjab for the last 3 days. It was attended by 700 athletes from across the country.
Tamil Nadu team won 2 medals in this competition. Bhavani Devi Saber, an international athlete from Chennai, won the gold medal in the individual category. Vinod Kumar won bronze in the men’s individual medley.
