Bengaluru: The fight in the e-vehicle, especially e-scooter market in the country has become very intense. Many companies are in the field. They are working on various strategies to increase sales during the festive season. That is why the country’s largest pure-play EV company, Ola Electric, has planned to increase the number of its network partners. It is noteworthy that the company does not call its sellers as dealers but as network partners.

What is the purpose of Network Partners Program?

According to the company, the objective of the Network Partners Program is to extend the EV revolution to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. At present the penetration of EVs in those areas has reduced. Under this program, the company has added 625 partners to increase its sales footprint in India. This year, before the festivals, there are preparations to increase the number of partners to 1000. Apart from this, the company also plans to add 10,000 partners to its sales and service network by the end of 2025.
