Bhopal: In Bhopal city of MP, thieves broke into the house of a retired Navy officer in Katara Hills and committed theft. They stole gold rings, silver anklets and other valuables. Acting on the complaint, Katara Hills police have registered a case of theft against unknown accused. The administration team has started investigating the case.
According to the local police, the incident took place in Havens Life Colony of Katara Hills. The house located here belongs to retired Navy officer Prakash Sharma. Sharma, however, lives in his second house in Saket Nagar. His children live abroad and they occasionally come to the house in Katara Hills for care.

The family lived in Katara while the children were abroad

When the children come from abroad, the family stays in the house located in Katara Hills. Because of this, a lot of household items are kept in this house. Taking advantage of this, the thieves have stolen valuable items from here.

Thieves entered the house through the fields

Sharma told the police that he had last come home on August 29. When he returned after a week, he found that the house had been burglarized. Unknown thieves broke into the house and stole a gold ring, silver anklet and other jewelry. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and started investigating. The police said that the house is located at the corner of the colony, right behind which are fields. It is suspected that the thieves entered the house through the fields and fled after committing the theft.
