Regarding the House of Opportunities in Merano (as previously reported “In Merano, at Villa Katharina the first «House of Opportunities»: a safe place for people in housing emergency”) “absolutely nothing has been decided”. This is stated by the provincial councilor for public housing, Christian Bianchi.
Regarding the provincial press agency’s press release on the subject, Bianchi, in what he himself calls a “denial”, specifies that “in today’s council meeting, the memo regarding this issue was postponed”, precisely on his proposal. This is also, he explains, “based on the statements of the mayor of Merano, Dario Dal Medico, who stated that he was not involved in the decision-making process”.
