US President Joe Biden will deliver a speech on the situation around Ukraine, CNN reported with reference to the White House.
The performance is scheduled for 4:00 PM EDT (00:00 GMT).
The White House announced Biden’s new appeal after the authorities of the self-proclaimed DPR and LPR announced the evacuation of civilians to Russia. They explained the decision by the threat of an attack from Ukraine. Kiev, in turn, called these accusations disinformation and rejected plans for a military offensive.
