Relief and rescue work continues

NDRF and police teams are present on the spot to search for the missing people. People were evacuated with the help of helicopters. The Navy’s river crossing team was also present on the spot. 1200 rescue personnel of the Indian Navy and the Indian Air Force have been deployed at the site. According to the Kerala government, more than 200 people have been admitted to hospitals and 5,592 people have been rescued from the landslide-affected areas so far.
